It tells the story of three very different families competing to buy the same 1920s Spanish-style mansion that they think will solve all their problems. Rating, why!? I would give it an 8.5 if possible. I devoured it as a 24-hour period. Okay, a bit cheesy at times, but I really like the cast and acting, it feels warm and genuine, and the murder mystery is interesting enough with a little twist without it all being sad and pathetic. The story is light and entertaining, but has a certain amount of darkness due to the main story. Like a nice, but not overpriced piece of dark chocolate, topped with strawberry frosting. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed. Don’t expect crime drama or true realism. No need to waste time endlessly scrolling — here’s the entire lineup of new movies and TV shows streaming on Netflix this month.
